Hippie town...

I went to the thrift store to buy some frames for my kitchen and 2 of them I found had the original picture in them! I thought about hanging it up in my house somewhere and making up some story about how those are my grandparents or something, but I refrained...I don't make things up very well...I just start laughing! Check it out!

Kitchen painted...

Here is our kitchen all painted and some stuff hung on the walls. We still need to stain the cabinets (soon) and do the floors and counters (after the cabinets) and then eventually, new appliances, but that will be a while...long while! Just having it painted helps it look a lot better. Some of the pics look really dark and yellowish, but it really is not dark like that, don't really know what happened!~

I need your help!

Ok, we are in the process of working on updating our kitchen. We painted it a greenish yellowish color, which I LOVE! I am wanting your ideas on a "theme" I don't want to do an all out theme, just some pictures on the walls. Josh had the idea of old barn doors, which I like, but I wanted to get some other ideas as well! Let me have 'em!

Here are some pics of our playroom/office and the hallway! Let me tell you, it is pretty awesome to have a room where kids can make a huge mess and then at the end of the day if I don't feel like cleaning it up, I just close the door!






Oh, I need your help. I am trying to get a side bar where when people update their blogs, it shows up on my page...i tried to do the "blog list" but it won't let me add people, it is like it gets stuck...any suggestions?
