As most of you probably know, my girls are 1 year and 8 days apart, so this year they had a duel birthday party! It was so much fun! My mom and both of my sister's were able to come in from Colorado and Oklahoma, so that made it even more special and fun! The theme was stripes and hearts! I think it turned out pretty good, especially considering the fact that I have never really decorated ANYTHING or ever really been very creative, but I have really been working on it! Before the party started, we had been telling Riley that she was having a birthday party and all of her friends were going to come and she was so excited! She was walking around the house saying, "Today is my birthday party, it's so exciting!" She waited at the front window for everyone to get there! Her favorite part was playing with all her friends and opening gifts! Aydia's favorite part was the cake and snacks! We sang to them and then I gave each of them a HUGE piece of cake and Riley picked at it a little bit and then said she wanted to go play and Aydia shoved it in her mouth and ate every last bite! It was hilarious and it was the perfect description of how different my 2 girls are! We were all exhausted when it was over though! Here are some pics!

So fun! I especially loved the pictures of you and Josh as Popeye and Olive Oil and of course the pictures of the girls at the birthday party were so cute!
I have heard alot about you (all good) so i feel like i know you and i read your blog as well ;), your kiddos are precious! Thanks so much for the advice and its so nice to know that other people's kids have acted like this too and its not just mine! I have been going through the Motrin and it does seem to help, so maybe that is the answer to this hopefully this will pass sooner than later!
Hi, I just wandered into your blog while browsing and this is too cute! How fun for them!! My little girls are 19 months apart age 4.5 and 3 right now. They fight a bit, but they are the best of friends. I wouldn't have it any other way!
